HOW IT WORKS
FORMAT
This program is designed to give you research-backed anxiety, stress, breathing & nervous system tips & techniques to help in the short-term, while also providing explorations to build long-term resilience & adaptations.
You will have 8 weekly virtual sessions along with a program of exercises for you to complete and explore throughout the week between sessions.
You will get your own spreadsheet that will act like a complete roadmap for the full 8 week program. You’ll also get videos, audio tracks and PDFs to help guide your practices throughout the week.
You will also have email and text support from me throughout the week.
Every session is recorded and sent out so you never have to worry about missing a session—in fact the entire program can be done on your own time if you wish.

When will the sessions be?
The initial session will be Sunday February 8th from 7-9pm ET
Weekly sessions will be on SUNDAY evenings from 8-9pm ET. *
*Due to travel, week 3’s session will be one day earlier on February 21st. As always it will be recorded if it isn’t possible to attend live.
What if I miss a session?
No problem! All sessions will be recorded and sent out to everyone for review. Additionally, all exercises covered in the session will be sent out via email with video/audio recordings to guide you through them, so you won’t be behind.
What does it cost?
The whole 8-week program is $399.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! Payment can be split into FOUR $100 payments.
How is the program structured?
We will start with a 2 hour Audition Nerves & Performance Anxiety Masterclass where I’ll share the research and concepts underlying the whole course.
Then we’ll have 8 weekly one hour group virtual calls where I’d lead you through exercises, check in on your progress and talk through your suggested exercises for the week ahead. Don’t worry if you miss a session—recordings will be available.
You’ll get a clear roadmap to guide you through an at-home program as well as a spreadsheet to track all your exercises & videos & audio tracks to guide your practices.
WHO AM I?
Hi, I’m Kevin and I know the struggle firsthand because I spent a decade as an outwardly successful Broadway performer (ANASTASIA TOOTSIE, ALLEGIANCE, ANYTHING GOES) who was inwardly trapped in a near-constant state of worry, overthinking and threat detection.
I used over-preparation, hard work, and constantly staying on top of all theatre news as a coping mechanism to compensate for my fear of uncertainty, need to be liked, and insecurity about my voice.
And that’s what led me on a journey to find solutions.
I’ve combined science backed concepts & techniques from my training in: Breath, Sleep & Stress Science, Alexander Technique, Polyvagal Theory & Performance Coaching to create this program.
